Author Talk and Book Signing featuring Three New Hampshire Authors and Artists
“Just in time for the holidays, three new books showcase the Granite State in unusual ways. Rebecca Rule’s N Is for New Hampshire adds her own unique twist to a classic alphabet book, with stunning photographs by Scott Snyder. Marek Bennett’s Civil War Diary of Freeman Colby is a graphic novel depicting the wartime journal of a spirited young man from Henniker. Conrad Young’s New Hampshire’s Historical Covered Bridges researches more than 50 state-recognized bridges and features nearly a dozen watercolors of some of the Granite State’s most picturesque scenes. All three authors will speak about their books and be on hand to sign copies. Admission to this event is free. Books will be for sale at the event and through the Society’s online store.” - 6-7 December (Tue-Wed) ~ Peterborough, NH ~ ConVal High School
