Here are some suggested prep items for assemblies, readings, workshops, or other events…

FOR DIGITAL IMAGE PROJECTION:

FOR DRAWING BY HAND & OTHER DEMOS:

ASSEMBLIES require enough space for all participants to sit comfortably for 30-45 minutes. Chairs or floorspace can work, depending on the groups involved.

WORKSHOPS & other classes: Participants will need some working surface (desk, table, clipboard, etc.) & a table or other space to organize our tools.

OTHER SPACE CONSIDERATIONS:

  • ✅ Does the space require a reservation?
  • 🕶 If using a projector: Can the space be made dark enough?
  • 👂 Are there any local noise sources that might interfere with a presentation?
  • 🔊🦻 For large groups (or special audio needs): Will we need to use a PA system?

OPTIONAL: Is there a copier onsite that we can use to print up sample mini-comics & student artwork?
