Pythagorean Maxims #1-15

Okay, so maybe this isn’t strictly mathematical per se… But the Pythagorean maxims (or symbols) form a sort of “Rules of the Good Life” according to one of Ancient Greece’s most amazing (and interesting) mathematicians:

We use here the translation featured at the “Homage to Pythagoras” website.

The “mallow” of #13 we can assume to be the same malva sylvestris known to the Ancient Greeks as “omnimorbium” (Remedy of All Illnesses).
